Sea Colony is a pet-friendly, private, gated pool and tennis community just steps from the beach. Built with CBS construction, many units offer balconies with views of the ocean. Amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, tennis courts and a quick walk to Jupiter beach. Association fees are billed quarterly and include common area, exterior maintenance, water, sewer, cable, pest control, pool, security and roof.
