San Palermo at Abacoa

 

San Palermo at Abacoa is a small community of only 34 Mediterranean-style three and four bedroom duplexes, built by DiVosta in 2003. Units are 1,867 square feet under air with detached two-car garages and large private courtyard-style patios. There are two floor plans in San Palermo, a 4 bedroom option with two master suites, one up and one down, and a 3 bedroom option with two master suites upstairs and a guest suite down. There is no community pool in San Palermo, the only community in Abacoa without one, but many units have their own private pools.
