We have worked with many different charities over our 30+ year history in real estate and will always continue to do so. We have donated money, time and talent and now have created this charitable program to go one step further. Big Dog Ranch Rescue is the largest non-kill dog shelter in the southeastern US providing shelter for thousands of homeless dogs. It's their mission to be a leader in the national animal welfare movement through compassionate, innovative rescue practices and transformative educational programs. The shelter provides the gift of life for as many dogs as it can in the area and provides an adoption center to rehome lost and homeless dogs. The shelter started over 10 years ago and was first named Florida Weimaraner Rescue. In 2008 it expanded to rescue all dog breeds and the shelter has saved the lives of over 10,000 animals since it was first founded. BDR takes in all breeds and sizes of dogs and finds loving homes for them, helping to create a better world by improving the lives of the animals as well as those who adopt them.
BDR helps to rescue dogs from overcrowded shelters with the goal of helping them get adopted. The shelter's no kill policy sets a positive example for other shelters in the area and it uses a large network of foster parents to care for animals temporarily while they find loving permanent homes.
You can help Big Dog Ranch Rescue several different ways. The rescue depends on the financial support of individuals and businesses to sustain itself and its programs and services. Much of its support comes from monthly donors. Those in the area can volunteer as the rescue depends on the support of volunteers, especially for the numerous adoption events they hold throughout the year. Donations and toys for dogs can be dropped off at their campus. The organization's main source of income is the support from individuals and organizations, so your donations are certainly appreciated and will be used to help protect and save the lives of dogs all throughout the Southeastern United States.

Donations are made as a commission rebate to you at closing that the title company is directed to send directly to your charity "from you." The charitable contribution tax deduction is yours.
