Charleston Court at Abacoa

Charleston Court at Abacoa offers 192 Victorian-style townhouses. Built by DiVosta between 1999 to 2000, there are two different two-story floor plans, 1825 and 1600 square feet. The larger model has a two-car detached garage and a 400 square foot private courtyard. The other features an attached one-car garage. Homeowner Association fees are relatively low and include exterior maintenance and basic cable. Many of the Charleston Court homes sit directly on the 7th, 8th and 9th holes of the Abacoa golf course. This 18 hole championship golf course has hosted a number of national junior, amateur, and professional tournaments, is open to the public.
