Beachcomber is a beautiful gated condo complex containing 56 units. Residents can walk to the beach via their private walkway or go fishing off the nearby pier. Condo association fees include building maintenance, lawn care, pest control, pool service, security, cable, roof insurance, water, sewer and trash removal. Pets are permitted (with some restrictions). Amenities include a community pool, spa, clubhouse and tennis.
