Who doesn't love a good Easter egg hunt? We've done the legwork for you, and here are our picks for the best local Easter Egg Hunts in the area. Most are free, but some have a nominal cost. All are family friendly events!

Easter Egg Helicopter Drop at Roger Dean Stadium


​​When: 3:30-6:30pm Saturday April 15 Where: Roger Dean Stadium, 4751 Main St, Jupiter


Details: Don’t miss the largest Easter Egg Hunt in Palm Beach County! Generation Church in conjunction with Roger Dean Stadium will be hosting the county’s largest Easter Egg Drop from a helicopter this Saturday. Gates open at 3:30pm. We will be dropping 50,000 eggs with candy, prizes, and gifts from our sponsors from a helicopter onto the field. We will also have photo opportunities with your favorite characters, lemonade stand, face painting, and a free gift bag for every family at the door. After the egg drop we invite you to enjoy a baseball game between the Jupiter Hammerheads and the Dunedin Bluejays.

Town of Jupiter Easter Egg Hunt


When: 9:30am Saturday April 15 Where: Jupiter Community Park, 3377 Church Street, Jupiter


Details: Join us at JUPITER COMMUNITY PARK for a fun morning of hunting and bouncing and much more! This event is for the whole family and will include Bounce Houses, Face Painting, Arts Crafts and Toddler Play Area. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase. Egg Hunt begins promptly at 9:30 am. Don't forget to B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Basket) to collect eggs filled with candy. Prize baskets are being generously donated by Kilwin's Chocolates. The Easter Bunny will be available for visits and pictures (bring your own camera) from 10-11:30am.

Village of Tequesta Annual Easter Egg Hunt


When: 9:00-11:30am Saturday April 8 Where: Village of Tequesta Fire Rescue Station 85, 357 Tequesta Dr, Tequesta


Details: The Public Safety Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 beginning at 9:00 am Come for Coffee, Breakfast, Station Tours, Rides on the Fire Engine and LOTS MORE. There will be a K9 demo at 10:30 am and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny! Firefighters will also be collecting nonperishable items for people in need.

Flagler Museum’s Easter Egg Hunt and Egg Roll


When: 10am Saturday April 15 Where: Flagler Museum, 1 Whitehall Way, Palm Beach


Details: Gates open at 9 am, and the Easter egg hunt begins promptly at 10 am Children are invited to hunt for more than 8,000 eggs on the Museum’s Lawn and in the Cocoanut Grove. The Museum grounds will be sectioned off into age-appropriate areas so everyone, including toddlers, will have an opportunity to participate. Museum gates open at 9:00 am when children may have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny, engage in Easter-themed craft projects, have their face painted, receive a balloon sculpture, and play the Bean Bag Toss game. Children are encouraged to bring their own Easter baskets.

Palm Beach Zoo Breakfast with the Bunny

Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens Easter Egg Hunt


When: 10am Saturday April 15 Where: Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, 2051 S. Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach


Details: The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens welcomes families for a spectacular Easter egg hunt among the two acres of lush palms and native plants. Children can run and roam the Gardens while discovering hidden eggs in the midst of Sophie Ryder’s monumental rabbit sculptures and Todd McGrain’s memorialized bird sculptures. Enjoy ice cold lemonade and a visit from the Easter Bunny too! Each age group has one distinct hidden egg with a special prize inside. *Three Age Groups: 3 and under •4 to 6 years’ old, 7 to 10 years’ old. Wellington’s Annual Egg Hunt


When: 10am Saturday April 15 Where: Softball fields at Village Park, 11700 Pierson Road, Wellington


Details: Get your baskets ready for Wellington’s annual Egg Hunt! The Egg Hunt returns to the Village Park softball fields, located at 11700 Pierson Road, on Saturday, April 15th. The event begins promptly at 10:00 am, and will be divided into four age groups: ages 2 and under; ages 3 to 4; ages 5 to 7; and ages 8 to 10. At each egg hunt, two eggs will have a pink bunny ticket inside, indicating a special prize. Families are encouraged to arrive early as traffic congestion may occur.

City of Greenacres Egg’stravaganza


When: 10am to 1:30pm Saturday April 15 Where: Greenacres Community Park, 2905 Jog Road, Greenacres


Details: “Egg’stravaganza” is a fun, family-friendly event with something for everyone. Families will enjoy food, inflatable rides, hayrides, arts and crafts and pictures with the Bunny. The event features three (3) separate age group egg hunt patches (0-2 yrs., 3-6 yrs. and 7-12 yrs.) for added child safety. Children finding a “special egg” win a prize basket or toy. Tickets for the children's egg hunt can be purchased at the event for $5 per ticket, which equals 15 eggs. Wristbands for the inflatable rides will be sold for $3 and a picture with the Bunny will be $5. Be sure to stop by the City’s information booth the day of the event if you want to participate in the Spring bonnet and bow tie contest! Prizes will be awarded for first and second place in each age category judged.

Lake Worth Easter Egg Hunt


When: 9am to 1pm Saturday April 15 Where: Bryant Park, 100 S. Golfview Road, Lake Worth


Details: Down a path and along the way, a bunny will be hiding eggs on Easter Day they're waiting for you to find. Music, games, crafts and food vendors, if you will be so kind, come join us for a great time! The Easter Bonnet Parade begins at 9:40 am

Boynton Beach Spring Egg-stravaganza


When: 10am to 1pm Saturday April 15 Where: Congress Avenue Barrier Free Park, 3111 S. Congress Ave., Boynton Beach


Details: Hop on over to the park with your baskets and cameras! Thousands and thousands of eggs will await your child at the Annual Eggstravaganza and Egg hunt. Meet Peter Cottontail, get your face painted in vibrant spring colors and enjoy tasty treats. For ages 1 - 12 years old. The splash pad may be a fun activity if the day is warm so don't forget your little one's change of clothes.

Delray Beach Parks & Recreation Egg Hunt


When: 8:00-9:30am Saturday April 15 Where: Robert P. Miller Park, 1905 SW Fourth Ave, Delray Beach


Details: Children, ages 1 to 10 years old are invited to bring their baskets and help Delray Beach Parks and Recreation hunt for over 10,000 Eggs filled with candy and special prizes. The hunt will be separated into 5 different age divisions: 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10. One parent is allowed in with the 1-2 year olds only. Parents are not allowed in the other divisions. Children are encouraged to bring their own baskets. 8:00am visit with the Easter Bunny, hunt starts at 8:30 sharp.

Boomers Boca Raton Annual Easter Egg Hunt


When: 8:30am - 2:00pm Sunday April 16 Where: Boomers, 3100 Airport Road, Boca Raton


Details: Boomers in Boca Raton will be hosting its Annual Egg Hunt for FREE. Starting at 9:00, come out for music, games, crafts and prizes, Egg Hunts 10:15am 4-8 yr olds, 10:30am ages 8+. If you'd like to have breakfast with the Easter Bunny, come an hour earlier and buy tickets online for about $13 (2016 prices). Tickets must be purchased in advance for the breakfast! Come for this Easter Sunday event and stay to play. Purchase in advance online. Pre register for the egg hunts from 8:30-10am.
