Once we have completed our home evaluation, we meet to discuss our
comprehensive listing report. This report provides a detailed analysis
of our findings, including a recommended listing price, a detailed
marketing plan for your property and suggested repairs and
improvements. We then take professional photographs and proceed to
marketing.
Marketing
Once the right price is set, we implement our comprehensive marketing
campaign, customized to fit the needs of your specific property.
We make heavy use of the internet and email, including viral
marketing, Google AdWords and more, as well as more traditional
methods such as signs, postcards, flyers, open houses, broker to
broker marketing, mailings and print advertising where appropriate.
Negotiation
