Charleston Court at Abacoa offers 192 Victorian-style townhouses. Built by DiVosta between 1999 to 2000, there are two different two-story floor plans, 1825 and 1600 square feet. The larger model has a two-car detached garage and a 400 square foot private courtyard. The other features an attached one-car garage.
