Botanica of Jupiter is a collection of 2 and 3 story townhomes and estate-sized single family homes built 2005-2012 by Centex Homes, Ecclestone Signature Homes and New Urban Communities. There are two pet-friendly neighborhoods inside Botanica, Sandpiper Cove and Strathmoor. The townhomes in Botanica feature two and three bedrooms with Georgian-style architecture.
