Our experience includes extensive work with national and local banks,
private investor groups, the FDIC, the SBA, the US Bankruptcy court,
Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and of course, individual real
estate buyers and sellers. Our organization consists of several major
divisions, including REO & short sale marketing and negotiation,
residential and commercial real estate, property management, debt
consolidation and management, private real estate investment
consulting and property preservation. We also operate the oldest,
most successful auction company in the state of Florida, Graham
Auction Company. We work with many different buyers of foreclosed
property and are recognized as local experts on the subject by the
local media. We've been interviewed on all the major local news
stations (ABC, NBC, CBS & FOX), and even internationally (RTE -
Ireland). The brokers in our REO & Short Sale Division come with a
combined 33 years experience in residential and commercial real

Marketing Strategy
Our unique foreclosure marketing strategy includes more than just
Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We campaign on Twitter, Facebook,
Tumblr, Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist and more, and blast properties by
email to thousands of potential buyers who have completed our buyer
screening process. Our Foreclosure of the Day is sent out faithfully
every day to the thousands of interested buyers on our constantly
growing opt-in list. We offer many other innovative programs
including our exclusive Custom Foreclosure List and highly publicized
Foreclosure Bus Tours, plus we also make heavy use of the Internet
and our massive proprietary client list.
Services
North County Properties offers comprehensive listing, management and
marketing services for banks (REO) and corporate owned property.
Services include: Property analysis, Client services, Drive by
inspections, Broker price opinions (BPO), Comprehensive documentation
services, Buyer qualification, Expert marketing, Monthly marketing
reports, Offer review and presentation, Contract negotiation,
Transaction management and Successful closing of the sale.
A good portion of our business is conducted with corporate clients
obtaining ownership and possession through the foreclosure process.
Either prior to or during the process we are called in to determine
the current market value in "as-is" and repaired condition via
drive-by inspection, and again after possession through a more
thorough inspection. The property is then marketed through price and
terms negotiation, with multiple offers if necessary, to a successful
closing and transfer of deed.
We offer a full range of investment consulting services from helping
you determine your initial investment goals through property
identification and evaluation, due diligence, acquisition, securing a
quality tenant, property management and exit strategy. Every investor
